mP = mX = 66 degrees because the triangles are similar

so mW = 180 - mV - mX = 180 - 44 - 66 = 70 degrees

Answer:

Measure of ∠W is 70°

Explanation:

Given two similar triangles VWX and NOP in which m∠V = 44° and m∠P = 66°

We have to find the m∠W.

As given two triangles similar. Hence, corresponding angles are congruent

⇒ m∠X=m∠P=66°

By Angle sum Property of triangle

m∠V+m∠W+m∠X=180°

⇒ 44°+m∠W+66°=180°

⇒ m∠W+110°=180°

⇒ m∠W=180°-110°=70°

Hence, measure of ∠W is 70°
