She is considered to have an
inference-observation confusion. It is where an individual jumps in conclusion without hard evidences and only assumes because of what facts he or she has. This is the reason why the woman thinks she has a west nile virus with just the symptoms that she thinks that this virus is compose of, even if she hadn't checked in with the doctor yet.
