The correct answer is 70,000 million metric ton.
Seventy billion metric ton = 70, 000,000,000 = 70 * 10^9
70,000 million metric ton = 70,000 * 10^6 = 70 * 10^9
Thus, seventy billion metric ton is equivalent to 70,000 million metric ton.
