The coordinates of the center correspond to the midpoint. Therefore, we do the following:
C (a,b)
a = [-7+(-1)] / 2
a = (-7-1) / 2
a = -8 / 2
a = -4
___________________
b = (-4+10) / 2
b = 6 / 2
b = 3
Therefore:
C (-4 ; 3)
