-13>-5x+2>-28 subtract 2 from all expressions

-15>-5x>-30 divide each expression by -5

Be sure to reverse direction of signs when you divide/multiply by a negative value!

3<x<6

So the "graph" will be a infinitely high plane, or area, contained between the two vertical lines x=3 and x=6
