In a well-developed paragraph, it does not include a summary of the points discussed in the paragraph. This would be done in the planning phase. A restatement of the thesis is only necessary in the conclusion. Concluding and transitional sentences can be used to end a paragraph. A restatement of the topic sentence is never needed.
