One being green: 1/2 (as stated in the question)
Two being green simultaneously: 1/2 * 1/2 = 1/4
Three being green simultaneously: 1/2 * 1/2 * 1/2 = 1/8

Your answer will be 1/8 because if one is 50% and theres three lights... just kind of do the math
