The correct answer is A) Johanan ben Zakkai.

Johanan ben Zakkai founded a school that became a center for Torah studies.

He was a disciple of Rabbi Hillel. Johanan told Vespasian that he had had a vision in which he saw Vespasian would soon be emperor. The Roman Vespasian told him that if the dream was true he would accept his request of having a place in Yavne to start a school to study the Torah. After the war was over and Vespasian became the emperor, he fulfilled his promise.
