5 1/4=21/4
2 3/5=13/5
1 1/2=3/2
A=1/2(b1+b2)×h
21/4=1/2(13/5+b2)×3/2
21/2=(13/5+b2)×3/2
7=13/5+b2
b2=4.4 or 4 2/5 ft. As a result, C is the correct answer. Hope it help!
