3x + 5y = 15
Find the slope by putting equation in
y = mx + b form

Subtract 3x from both sides
5y = -3x + 15
Divide both sides by 5
t = -3/5x + 3
m = -3/5 so perpendicular would be opposite and reciprocal.
m = 5/3
