Viruses are small cells that are made up of an outer membrane, proteins for reproduction and a bit of RNA or DNA

What best describes viruses are-there are non-living. Viruses cannot replicate on their own. They need a host cell in order to survive. Antibiotics kill bacteria but not viruses. Antivirals and vaccines are a way to stop viruses.
