(-3,-4) (3, 0)
slope = (0 +4) / (3 + 3) = 4/6 = 2/3
perpendicular so slope = -3/2
line on graph
y = mx + b
0 = 2/3 (3) + b
0 = 2+ b
b = -2
y intercept (0,-2)
answer
The slope is -3/2 and contains the point (0, −2).
