11.66 because AR and RB are equal radii therefore RB = 6 as well then all you need is the Pythagorean theorem

Answer:

The answer is 8.

Explanation:

Keep in mind that the Pythagorean Theorem is what you need to use to answer this. So, your equation would first start out as:

(OR)^(2) + (AR)^(2) = (OB)^(2)

Then you'll put the numbers into the equation:

(OR)^(2) + (6)^(2) =(10)^(2)

Then you simplify:

(OR)^(2) +36 + 100

You'll then want to subtract:

100-36

And your answer will be:

64

People tend to think they're done with the problem and just think that 64 id the answer, however, it's not. You have to find the square root first.

(OR)^(2) = √(64)

(OR)^2 = 8

Therefore, your answer will be 8.

Hope this helped.
