there are very scarce food resources for the other animals and for the deers themselves which can cause massive death if all of the food is eaten

One consequence of an overpopulation of deer in the forest areas of the northeast United States, is that they will eat down all of the vegetation and get into people’s crops and garden’s and more of them would get hit by accidentally running into the road or into traffic. Hope this helps.
