1. Add the principal and the total interest.225,000 + 313,894.80 = 538,894.8 2. Divide the total interest by the total amount to be repaid for the loan313,894.80 / 538,894.8 = 0.582 or 58.2% 3. It's already given.Payments: 360 @ $1,496.93
