The game isn't fair because they're is 2 even numbers and 3 odd numbers. I got the answer by counting how many odd numbers they are and how many even numbers they are.

22. P(n > 3) = P(4)+P(5) = (4+5)/30 = 9/30 = 3/10

23. The game isn't fair because there as many even numbers as there are odd numbers on a die. You get double the points he gets at the same chance!
