Answer:

The answer is
(18)/(20) and
(27)/(30)

Explanation:

A multiple of any fraction number is the amplifyng of the base fraction with a same integer number, excluding the number zero, both in the numerator and in the denominator.

Give a fraction number
(x)/(y)

A Multiple is
(n*x)/(n*y), where n is an integer without zero

So, using n=2 and n=3

For n=2,
(2*9)/(2*10) =(18)/(20)

For n=3,
(3*9)/(3*10) =(27)/(30)
