Dream jobs are mostly complex jobs that require alot of effort and time to achieve. The main way to achieve their dream jobs is to dedicate themselves to it and keep striving towards their goal.

Answer:

They need money to start with.

Step-by-step explanation:

If they don't have enough money to go to the right college/take the right courses to meet the requirements of their dream job, they would need to get a smaller starter job. They also have to consider the food and clothes they need to buy along with the bills and taxes they have to pay. That might result in them getting a side job and maybe doing handiwork or baby/petsitting on their days off. Their dream job could also be something big, which means they might have to work up the ranks in society. This results in their dream job most likely not being their 3rd, 4th, or even 5th job in their lifetime.
