What is the volume of a cone (in cubic inches) of radius 2 inches and height 6 inches? Use 3.14 for π. Round your answer to the nearest hundredth.

The formula for the volume of a cone is V=1/3πr^2h. If you plug the numbers into the equation it would be V=1/3(3.14)(2)^2(6) which would equal to V=1/3(3.14)(4)(6) which is also equal to V=1/3(3.14)(24) which then equals to V=1/3(75.36). You have to divide it by 3. The answer would be 25.12. Hope that helped :)
