In circular motion the direction of acceleration is towards the center of the curve. The force that is creating circular motion is called centripetal acceleration. In other words, the direction of the acceleration is perpendicular to the path of the curvature. In the case of a car that is driving on the curve turning left, the acceleration will point to the left. The correct answer is the first on the picture: Your left.
