We need to find the volume V of the sheet of aluminum that has a thickness t of t=2 micrometers and that is equal to t= 2*10^6 m and area A = 5 m². Volume V is:
V=A*t= 5*2*10^-6 = 1*10^-5 m³.
Now we need to find the volume V in cm³:
1 m³ = 1 000 000 cm³ so 10^-5 m³ = 10 cm³.
If 1 cm³ has a mass of 2.70 g then 10 cm³ has a mass of 27.0 grams.
So the correct answer is the mass of the aluminum sheet is m= 27 g or m=0.027 kg.
