We know that Angel bought 8 oranges and 11 apples, so let o represent oranges and a represent apples
8o+11a=15.22
8(0.5)+11a=15.22
4+11a=15.22
Subtract 4 for both side
11a=11.22
Divided 11 for both side
a=$1.02. As a result, this reasonable is correct according to my math calculations. Hope it help!

yes, it is fairly reasonable... if you round it..
however, if you want exact calculations, then it might not be so reasonable, because it will go over the total amount
so if you round it, then yes it is fairly reasonable
