Hey there,

So, If you buy 2 bags of candy, you have 72 pieces of candy. Can 72 pieces be evenly distributed between 24 people?

36 x 2 = 72 72 / 24 = 3

So each student gets 3 pieces of candy.

Hope I Helped!

Answer:2

Explanation:

Given

Mrs. cook wants to give each of her 24 students equal candy

Each package contains has 36 pieces in it

Let n be no of candy packages she bought

therefore total no candy she have
=36* n

Thus 24 must be divisible by
36* n

therefore least value of n should be 2 or multiple of 2
