For taking sip of hot tea, we blow air on it. Justify

Blowing the upper surface of the tea, we are decreasing the air pressure, due tot which the rate of evaporation is increased. And with increased rate of evaporation, the heat from the tea is transferred to the surroundings, which makes the tea cool and easy to sip
