The last two answers are correct. You have to simplify the equation, firstly by distributing -3:
y+5 = -3(x-1)
y+5 = -3x+3
If you don't understand why that is done, Google PEMDAS or the order of operations.
The rest of the simplification would look like:
y=-3x-2
because you subtract 5 from both sides to isolate the Y.
