As weary pilgrim, now at rest,
Hugs with delight his silent nest,
His wasted limbs now lie full soft
That miry steps have trodden oft,

Weary and wasted are the two words meaning tired, if you read the full poem slowly you will realize that wasted also represent that his arms are tired or wasted of energy. I hope this helps and good luck!
