I am going to build one table for each equation and so you can choose which one is representative of your tables.

x y = (1/2)x + 24 y = (4/3)x - 36 y = 2x - 48 y = 6x + 12

-6 -6/2 + 24 = 21 4(-6)/3 - 36 = -44 2(-6)-48=-36 6(-6)+12=-24

0 0 + 24 = 24 0 - 36 = -36 0- 48 = -48 0 + 12 = 12

6 6/2 + 24 = 27 4(6)/3 - 36 = -28 2(6)-48=-36 6(6)+12=48

12 12/2+24=30 4(12)/3-36=-20 2(12)-48=-24 6(12)+12=84

So, you know how to build each table, just replace x with a number to obtain the corresponding value of y.
