Answer: Movement of heat takes place from object with higher temperature to one with lower temperature until both objects are in thermal equilibrium.

Step-by-step explanation:

Zeroth law of thermodynamics states that: Two objects which are not in thermal equilibrium that is have different temperatures when placed in contact would attain thermal equilibrium after some time. The heat from hotter object would transfer to colder one until equilibrium is achieved.
