The given coordinates of R are (4, -2)

when R is dilated with origin and a scale factor of 3/2 then we have tell the new coordinates of R.

Now we connect this point to the origin with a line which further is dilated by length 3/2.

Therefore the new x coordinates of R will be the endpoint of the extended line =4×3/2 = 6 and new y coordinates of R will be = (-2)×3/2 = (-3)

Option C (6, -3) is the correct option.
