According to the principles of FITT, what is the relation between the intensity of an exercise and the time an exercise needs to be performed?

Answer:

Intensity is how hard your exercise is or how hard you're working out while time is how long you're exercising. If I run with all my energy for 5 minutes regularly I would get better results than if I jogged for 2 minutes regularly.
