How dreary to be somebody!

How public, like a frog
To tell your name the livelong day
To an admiring bog!

The answer is A: They suggest that pride doesn't require self-praise.

Emily Dickinson's view on pride, portrayed in the lines of her poem, are illustrations of how one that considers themselves insignificant or a nobody in the sight of a proud society, feels that real greatness doesn't need boasting. Only the "somebodies" crave the praises from others, which for her is so boring.
