.325 or 32.5%. It goes as follows, So, 54+62 is 117. To get percent you have to divide the 117 by 360, giving you 32.5%

Experimental probability=(number of observed specific outcomes)/(total number of observations)
P(2 OR 3)=(54+62)/360
P(2 or 3)=116/360
P(2 or 3)=29/90
