If five potatoes together have a mass of 1 kg and eight pairs together have a mass of 1200 g which has the greater mass of potato or a pair explain

A potato has a greater mass than the pair of potato because a potato weighs 200 gram (=1000/5) and a pair of potato weighs 150 gram (=1200/8) in an average term. According to this situation, there would be likely various kind of potato which creates a difference in the average weight of the potato. The calculation above is calculated by using a gross average measurement.
