I'm solving a system of equations by graphing and I got this, would it be infinite, no solution, or a different answer? The picture won't work, but it shows a vertical line going straight, if that helps.

If the lines don't intersect that means there no solution.
How many lines do you have?

You would get two lines for this because you have y= 2x + 8 and y= x-4.
You can graph both of these on the line and you would get an answer that wouldn't be infinite or no solution.
