square has 4 equal sides and the peremeter is adding all the sides together and so 19 + 19 + 19 + 19 = 76

Since a square has 4 equal sides, just do 19 + 19 + 19 + 19 which is 76. Or, 19 x 4, even though you add with permieter, it'll still work on a square.
Hope I helped!
