A) Thoeretical probability:

(number of specific outcomes)/(number of total possible outcomes)

P(3)=1/6

B) Experimental probability:

(number of specific outcomes observed)/(total number of observations)

P(3)=67/450

A. 1/6, 6 possible outcomes with 1 desired result.
B.67/450 will give you the answer of 14.888...% I'm going to assume your teacher will let you round to 15 so the chances are 15/100 and in simplest form is 3/20.
