First, to get to 200, you will multiply 40 by 5. This brings the number of flipped times up to 200, but you also need to multiply 16 by the same amount, giving you 80 as a result. The coin should land heads up 80 times.

The answer is 80 because 200 is 40*5 ,so 16 *5 = 80
