Why does it take 10 copies of 160 make the same amount as five copies of 1/3?

First of all 1/3 is equal to 33.3 repeating and 160 as a faction would be 8/5 but if you reduce that it would equal out to 1.6 so this means that if you have 10 copies of 160 it will be the same as 5 copies of 1/3 because both will equal out to about 16.
