f(x) = (-x²+x+20) / (x+4)

-x²+x+20 | x+4
+x²+4x -x+5
\\\\ 5x+20
-5x-20
\\\\\\\\\

f(x) = (x+4)(-x+5) / (x+4)

f(x) = (-x+5)

The graph is a decreasing line, with origin from 5.
