True or false? To reduce fat in your diet, use additional cheese servings rather than fish.

False. This is a common sense question. Fish is obviously a healthier choice than cheese, so if one would want to reduce their fat intake, they would want to go for the heathier choice.

I believe the answer is false. Cheese has lots of fat as well.
