Why are Environmental problems common in developing countries?

The correct answer would be letter D. It is because in most developing countries, they are most likely have manufacturers that creates raw materials that harms the environment for in order to provide these manufacturers, they need environment which it provides materials that would suffice these manufacturers and keep them from going.
