3. This was spun 50 times, and it landed on yellow 6 times. Therefore, it won't land on yellow all but 6 times. P(not yellow) is 44/50, or 22/25.
4. If 50 students are asked, and 7 have a dog, then the probability is 7/50. We can use a proportion to find the equivalent of 7/50 with a denominator of 1400, because that is how many people are at the school. 7/50=x/1400. 50x=9800. x=196
