=16(−1/2)/ 2
=−8/2
= 4

Start from left to right.
(1). 16·(-1/2) is -8. Half of 16 is 8 but it isn't negative so you change it to -8.
(2). Now that you have -8 divide that by 2 and get -4. (-8÷2=-4)
(3). The final answer is -4.
