If he selects a pencil at random, he would be least likely to select a blue pencil because there aren't as many blue pencils compared to the rest.

Yaron would least likely pick blue because blue is the smallest and least number compared to green, brown, and yellow.
Blue is 4/27
Green is 5/27
Brown is 12/27
Yellow is 6/27
and so compared to all of the other fraction too Blue is least likely.
