If Allison worked for 35 hours a week of less than 35 hours a week, the expression for money earned will be given by:
Amount=14*t=14t

If he worked for more than 35 hours a week he will earn:
Amount=25*14+20t
=350+20t

From the above we can conclude that we have two different relationship for the money earned depending on the time worked.
M=14t; t≤35
M=350+20t; t≥35
