A - Area
V - Volume
A = 4piR^2
V = 1.33piR^3

With the info given, 289 = 4piR^2, making R = 4.8
Plug this into the volume formula, and you'll get 1.33*pi*(4.8^3), which equates to 463.3 cubic centimeters.
