The first thing that a food handler should do while preparing a three compartment sink, the handler should clean the sinks in the first place.
Before using the three compartment sink which is for dishwashing should be sanitized and cleaned. Hot water can be used to rinse out each sink.
All handles on the faucets should be well cleaned and the whole sink should be rinsed with clean water and allowed to drain without drying.
