it's isotonic exercises because it's working it's working the a certain part of the body like the arms the back or in the muscle

Isotonic exercise, Isometric exercise DOES NOT! include weights. plus its a type of joint ankle strengthening exercises. Isotonic
comes from the Greek "iso-", equal + "tonos", tone = maintaining equal
