Find the side of a square with an area of 64ft?

A square has 4 equal sides, found by multiplying two sides together. To find one side, find the square root of the number. The answer is 8, because 8X8=64

64 is the area to find the area you have to multiply two sides and since it's a square they must be equal. 8 x 8 = 64. Your side length is 8
