Help fast please? so my teacher gave me this question and to me it makes no sense at all and i really love math and im really good at it so i was wondering if one of you can explain it to me? thanks so much i dont know if he messed up or if i just cant comprehend it thanks:)!

So, let's see here. He created a random survey about pets.... well, since the question is asking you how many of the employees would prefer a coffee shop, you can eliminate the random survey part, then it should be easier. Hope this helps

First of all, you want to take out any unuseful information. Such as how Jerry did a server about pets. Next you want to read the question again to see what it is asking you. It tells you that there are 250 employees and out of those 250, 9 employees said they would like a coffee shop to be built next door. So out of the 250... how many employees wanted the coffee shop.
